Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This policy explains the application’s handling of information. The operator is admin, reachable at dhavalvaljipatel@gmail.com.
Images and metadata
Images you select for processing are transmitted to this server. The application uses private temporary directories, reads or changes metadata, returns the result, and removes its working files after the response. An hourly cleanup is required to remove interrupted jobs older than one hour. Files are not intentionally placed in a public upload directory or used to train AI by this application.
Text
The text cleanup tool runs in your browser. Text entered there is not submitted to the server by the application and is not included in analytics or advertising events.
Security and operational records
Essential session cookies support security and administrator login. The database stores administrator credentials as password hashes, site settings, daily aggregate tool counts, and temporary rate-limit counters. Rate-limit keys are HMAC values derived from the connecting IP address, request category and time bucket. They expire after up to two rate-limit periods and are purged during use or scheduled cleanup.
Hosting infrastructure
Your connection necessarily exposes an IP address and request information to the hosting provider. The host, network security services and web server may maintain logs and backups outside this application. Contact the operator for the hosting provider’s retention periods and processing locations. Do not upload highly sensitive files if those arrangements do not meet your requirements.
Optional Google services
If configured by the operator and allowed by your privacy choices, Google Analytics measures visits and aggregate events; Google Ads may measure download conversions; AdSense may display advertising. Google may process identifiers, device and interaction information under its own terms and policies. This application does not attach your file contents, filenames, image metadata, coordinates or text to these events. See how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s privacy policy.
Your choices and requests
Use Privacy choices in the footer to reject optional processing or change your choice. Revocation stops future optional tags after a reload and attempts to clear accessible first-party Google cookies; provider data already collected and third-party cookies are governed by provider controls. You can delete browser storage using browser settings. Contact the operator for access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy requests. Rights and available supervisory authorities depend on your location.
Children and sensitive information
This general-purpose tool is not directed at children. Avoid uploading images or metadata that disclose another person’s sensitive information without appropriate permission. If you believe information has been misused, contact the operator.
